Privacy Policy
This document explains what personal data we process about you, why we process it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding it.
1. Who Processes Your Data
The data controller, who determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data, is:

We are not required to have a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO). For any data protection matters, contact us at the email address listed above.
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable national data protection law.
2. What Data We Process
2.1 Data You Provide Directly
Contact form on the Contact page: name, email address, phone number, website, services you're interested in, and the text of your message.
Quick Analysis and Full Audit forms : name, email address, website, chosen analysis type, approximate monthly ad budget, advertising platforms you use, and any additional notes you write to us.
Filling out our forms is optional. However, without contact details we can't respond to you or prepare an analysis.
Other communication : if you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide during that communication.
We do not store your IP address or browser data when you submit forms.
2.2 Data Generated Automatically
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar identifiers to measure traffic. Necessary (technical) cookies keep the site's core functionality running. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Details and settings are available in the Cookies section below.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical access logs (including IP address) for the purpose of site operation, stability, and security.
Google Fonts. The site loads typography from Google's servers ( fonts.googleapis.com , fonts.gstatic.com ). Your IP address is shared with Google the moment the page loads.

4. Who We Share Your Data With
We don't sell your data. We share it only with parties who provide us technical or professional services, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose:
- Hostinger : our web hosting provider, whose servers run the site and database.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC : the inbox that receives form submissions, Google Analytics, and Google Fonts.
- ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc.) : a tool we use to log inquiries, which may receive data from our forms.
- Accountants and tax advisors : for invoicing and meeting legal obligations.
- Public authorities : where disclosure is required by law.
If you grant us access to your advertising or analytics accounts (for example Google Ads, Meta, Sklik, Bing, Google Analytics), we access data within them solely for the purpose of our agreed work together. With respect to data in your accounts, we act as a data processor, and you remain the data controller.
5. Transfers of Data Outside the European Union
Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States or may process data there. Transfers take place based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
Specific retention periods are listed in the table under section 3. After they expire, we delete or anonymize the data. If you request earlier deletion and no legal obligation prevents it, we'll delete it without undue delay.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two categories:
- Necessary cookies : required for basic site functionality and to remember your choice in the consent banner. No consent required.
- Analytics cookies : measure site traffic and behavior. Used only if you've given consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking . Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also manage cookies directly in your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data erased where there's no longer a reason to process it (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- receive the data you provided to us in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You can exercise your rights by emailing us at info@saza-digital.com. We'll respond within one month of receiving your request at the latest.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
9. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe our processing of your data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and companies. We do not knowingly process the personal data of individuals under 16.
11. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy if our services, the tools we use, or applicable law change. The current version is always available on this page along with its effective date.
